Dr. B. Tamilarasi

Dr. B. Tamilarasi received her PhD and M.Phil. from Mother Teresa Women’s University and M.Sc. in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University.

She started her career as an Assistant Lecturer and has steadily climbed up the hierarchical ladder through perseverance and after achieving academic strides and is currently a highly acclaimed academician in the Nursing Education Fraternity.

She spear heads the Nursing Programs in her capacity as Principal of Madha College of Nursing and is a privileged member of the Board of studies in the Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University and also holds a senate position in the University. She is also a selected Board of Studies member and also Academic Council Member in several deemed Universities in Tamil Nadu.

She is also an Executive Editorial Board Member for Journal of Medical Surgical Nursing, published by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Mid Wives Council (TNNMC) and is a research guide for PhD scholars with the Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University. As a researcher she has published numerous papers in several acclaimed National and International journals.
